Datenschutzerklärung

1. Verantwortlicher

Kortscore wird unter der Marke „swordi.studios" entwickelt und vertrieben (Play-Store-Paket com.swordistudios.kortscore). Verantwortlich im Sinne der Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (DSGVO) ist die oben genannte Person/Gesellschaft.

2. Überblick

Kortscore ist eine Tennis-Zählapp für Wear OS mit Smartphone-Begleit-App. Die App funktioniert grundsätzlich lokal auf dem Gerät. Es gibt keine Nutzerkonten, keine Werbe-SDKs, keine standortbezogenen Daten und kein Tracking über andere Apps oder Websites hinweg. Daten werden nur in den unten beschriebenen Fällen verarbeitet.

3. Firebase Analytics

Wir verwenden Firebase Analytics (Google LLC bzw. Google Ireland Limited) zur Erhebung grober Produktnutzungs-Ereignisse, u. a.:

• Match archiviert (nur: Doppel ja/nein, Anzahl Sätze, grobe Dauer-Kategorie)
• Live-Übertragung geöffnet ("Share opened")
• Backup erstellt
• Kortscore Plus gekauft
• Bildschirmaufrufe (Screen Views)

Es werden dabei keine Namen und keine exakten Zeitstempel/Dauern übertragen: lediglich grobe, produktbezogene Kategorien. Analytics ist in Debug-Builds vollständig deaktiviert.

Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (berechtigtes Interesse an der Verbesserung und Fehlerbehebung der App).
Speicherdauer: gemäß den Standard-Aufbewahrungsfristen von Google Analytics for Firebase (derzeit standardmäßig 14 Monate für nutzerbezogene Ereignisdaten, siehe Google- Dokumentation).
Empfänger: Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited als Auftragsverarbeiter.

4. Firebase Crashlytics

Firebase Crashlytics (Google) erhebt Absturzberichte, nicht-fatale Fehler, Geräte-Metadaten (z. B. Gerätemodell, Betriebssystemversion) sowie von uns gesetzte benutzerdefinierte Schlüssel (z. B. ob eine Uhr verbunden ist), um Fehler zu erkennen und zu beheben. Crashlytics ist in Debug-Builds vollständig deaktiviert.

Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (berechtigtes Interesse an stabiler, fehlerfreier Software).
Speicherdauer: gemäß den Standard-Aufbewahrungsfristen von Firebase Crashlytics (derzeit standardmäßig 90 Tage).
Empfänger: Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited als Auftragsverarbeiter.

5. Live-Match teilen (Cloud Firestore)

Ohne aktives Teilen werden keine Match-Daten in die Cloud übertragen. Beim ersten Teilen erzeugt Firebase Anonymous Authentication eine anonyme, geräteseitige Kennung, die für sich genommen keine Identifizierung der Person ermöglicht.

Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (Erfüllung des von Ihnen aktiv angestoßenen Vertrags/der von Ihnen gewünschten Funktion "Live-Teilen").
Speicherdauer: bis zum Widerruf des Links durch Sie.
Empfänger: Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited (Cloud Firestore, Anonymous Auth) als Auftragsverarbeiter; zusätzlich jede Person, der Sie den Link mitteilen oder die ihn erhält.

6. Google Play Billing (Kortscore Plus)

Der einmalige In-App-Kauf „Kortscore Plus" wird vollständig über Google Play Billing abgewickelt. Zahlungsdaten (Kreditkarte etc.) verarbeitet ausschließlich Google im Rahmen Ihres Google-Kontos; wir erhalten und speichern keine Zahlungsdaten. Die App speichert nach einem erfolgreichen Kauf lediglich ein lokales Freischalt-Flag auf dem Gerät.

Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (Erfüllung des Kaufvertrags über die Zusatzfunktion).
Empfänger: Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited als Zahlungsabwickler.

7. Lokale Daten & Backups

Matches, Einstellungen und manuelle Backups verbleiben grundsätzlich auf Ihrem Gerät bzw. im von Ihnen gewählten Backup-Ordner. Zusätzlich kann Android Auto-Backup (eine Systemfunktion von Google) App-Daten automatisch in Ihrem Google-Konto sichern; dies unterliegt den Datenschutzbestimmungen von Google und lässt sich in den Android- Systemeinstellungen deaktivieren.

8. Interesse an einer iOS-Version (Website)

Auf kortscore.com können Sie freiwillig Ihre E-Mail-Adresse hinterlassen, um informiert zu werden, falls eine Version für iPhone und Apple Watch erscheint. Gespeichert werden dabei ausschließlich die von Ihnen eingegebene E-Mail-Adresse, der Zeitpunkt der Eintragung sowie die Sprachfassung der Seite. Eine IP-Adresse wird nicht gespeichert.

Die Angaben landen in einer Google-Tabelle (Google Sheets) innerhalb unseres Google-Kontos und werden ausschließlich für diese eine Benachrichtigung verwendet. Es erfolgt kein Newsletter-Versand, keine Werbung und keine Weitergabe an Dritte.

Rechtsgrundlage: Ihre Einwilligung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO), die Sie mit dem Setzen des Häkchens im Formular erteilen. Sie können sie jederzeit formlos widerrufen, etwa per E-Mail an die unter „Kontakt“ genannte Adresse; wir löschen Ihren Eintrag dann umgehend.

Speicherdauer: bis zum Widerruf, längstens jedoch bis zur Entscheidung über eine iOS-Version bzw. bis zu deren Veröffentlichung. Danach wird die Liste gelöscht.

9. Keine Datenweitergabe zu Werbezwecken

Wir verkaufen keine Daten. Über die in dieser Erklärung genannten Google-Dienste hinaus findet keine Weitergabe an Dritte statt.

10. Empfänger & Übermittlung in Drittländer

Soweit Daten in die USA übermittelt werden, stützt sich dies auf die Standardvertragsklauseln der EU-Kommission mit den jeweiligen Google-Gesellschaften.

11. Ihre Rechte

Sie haben nach der DSGVO folgende Rechte:

Privacy Policy

1. Controller (Data Controller)

Kortscore is developed and published under the brand "swordi.studios" (Play Store package com.swordistudios.kortscore). The person/entity named above is the controller under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Overview

Kortscore is a tennis scoring app for Wear OS with a phone companion app. The app works primarily locally on your device. There are no user accounts, no advertising SDKs, no location data, and no cross-app/cross- site tracking. Data is processed only in the cases described below.

3. Firebase Analytics

We use Firebase Analytics (Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited) to collect coarse product usage events, including:

• Match archived (only: doubles yes/no, number of sets, coarse duration bucket)
• Share opened (live match sharing)
• Backup created
• Kortscore Plus purchased
• Screen views

No names and no precise timestamps or durations are transmitted: only coarse, product-level categories. Analytics is fully disabled in debug builds.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in improving and fixing the app).
Retention: per Google Analytics for Firebase's standard retention settings (currently 14 months by default for user-level event data; see Google's documentation).
Recipients: Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited as processor.

4. Firebase Crashlytics

Firebase Crashlytics (Google) collects crash reports, non-fatal errors, device metadata (e.g. device model, OS version), and custom keys we set (e.g. whether a watch is connected) to detect and fix bugs. Crashlytics is fully disabled in debug builds.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in stable, working software).
Retention: per Firebase Crashlytics' standard retention settings (currently 90 days by default).
Recipients: Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited as processor.

5. Sharing a live match (Cloud Firestore)

No match data is uploaded unless you actively start sharing. On first share, Firebase Anonymous Authentication creates an anonymous, device-level identifier that does not by itself identify you personally.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performing the feature/contract you actively requested by choosing to share live).
Retention: until you revoke the link.
Recipients: Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited (Cloud Firestore, Anonymous Auth) as processor; additionally, anyone you share the link with or who otherwise obtains it.

6. Google Play Billing (Kortscore Plus)

The one-time in-app purchase "Kortscore Plus" is processed entirely through Google Play Billing. Payment details (credit card, etc.) are handled solely by Google as part of your Google account; we do not receive or store any payment data. After a successful purchase, the app stores only a local entitlement flag on the device.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performing the purchase contract for the add-on feature).
Recipients: Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited as payment processor.

7. Local data & backups

Matches, settings, and manual backups generally stay on your device or in the backup folder you chose. In addition, Android Auto-Backup (a Google system feature) may back up app data to your Google account automatically; this is governed by Google's own privacy terms and can be disabled in Android system settings.

8. Interest in an iOS version (website)

On kortscore.com you may voluntarily leave your email address to be notified if a version for iPhone and Apple Watch is released. We store only the email address you enter, the time of the entry, and which language version of the page you used. No IP address is stored.

The entries are kept in a Google Sheets spreadsheet inside our Google account and are used for that single notification only. There is no newsletter, no advertising, and no sharing with third parties.

Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the box in the form. You may withdraw it at any time without any formality, for example by emailing the address listed under "Contact"; we will delete your entry promptly.

Retention: until you withdraw consent, and at the latest until we decide on an iOS version or release it. The list is deleted afterwards.

9. No sale or third-party sharing

We do not sell any data. Beyond the Google services listed in this policy, we do not share data with third parties.

10. Recipients & international transfers

Where data is transferred to the US, this relies on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses with the respective Google entities.

11. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• Access (Art. 15 GDPR)
• Rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
• Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
• Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
• Object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)
• Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
